Lure 'em for Life is offering a limited number of sponsorships to attend Fish Camp at Lakewood Bible
Camp, August 6-10th. Please fill out this form to be considered.  Applications due by June 30th. A committee of Lure 'em for Life members will award sponsorships based on the following criteria:

  1. Financial need
  2. Interest and involvement in fishing
  3. Potential for growth and development through camp experience
  4. Space availability
